Terms of service

If you accept to commission me, this means that you are accepting this TOS and are legally bound to them. Please make sure to read it.These terms are subject to change at anytimeI have the right to decline any commission for any reason.Pricing, turnaround, and refunds policies.-My turn around times vary from 1-4 weeks, with updates once or twice a week.
-Paypal payments only, and it must be upfront, via paypal invoice (so I will need your email).
-Payment plans (50% upfront, 50% after completion) can be arranged if the commission costs more than $200).
-No private commissions unless paid for. Private commissions come at an additional fee of 50% of the price of the commission.
-You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.
-Once the sketch is finished and approved, you can only request a partial refund (No more than 50% of the price of the commission)
-Once lineart is done you cannot request a refund of any kind.
-Refunds can take up to a month (30 days) to be returned to you
-I will send you the full resolution picture to your email, without any watermark, once the full payment is made.Rights to the art- My work MAY NOT be used for NFTs (non-fungible token)
-You cannot use the illustration for commercial purposes. The following will be considered as commercial use:
Print for selling purposes
Using the art as a way of getting attention, such as a YouTube channel, patreon, fiverr, etc.
Merchandise such as mugs, notebooks, etc. for selling purposes.
-You can repost the art on other sites such as your blog, your social media accounts, etc. As long as it is for personal use only and you credit me.
-You can print the art and make products, but only if it's just for you or a family member or friend, and you don't make any money off of it.
-You are not allowed to remove my signature or any watermark, under any circumstances.
-If you want to purchase the rights of the art, allowing you to use it for commercial purposes, there's an extra charge of 75% of the price.I CAN DRAWHumans, elfs, orcs, anthro, NSFW, SFW, Chubby or Buff, Macro/Micro-Furry, transgender, agender and intersex, also futanari (I understand this as something different from intersex people, with both a penis and a vagina fully formed and functioning, capable of getting pregnant and of impregnating other).
I am kink friendly (almost everything is okay as long as it is consensual). Feet, pissing, BDSM, some instances of vore, shibari, etc... just ask, no judgment from me!
Also, very LGBT+ friendly! Wherever you are in the umbrella, you are totally welcome here. I can do LGBT+ couples, trios, I'm ok with polyamour, and any gender can be done!
Non-human genitals are ok! If your character has tentacles instead of a penis, that sounds fun and I will draw it.I CANNOT DRAWComplex backgrounds (at the moment), violence against the LGBT+ community, a religion, taste or preference, Baby fur NSFW, Zoophilia, Pedophilia, Necrophilia, Diapers, Scat, Puke Fetish, Rape.
Will not draw any extreme fetish, specially if it involves some kind of violence. No judgement from me if that is what you like, but I don't feel comfortable with that.
Will not draw minors on NSFW scenes, period. Will also not draw NSFW for minors. You shouldn't be requesting that.If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! Thanks!
